10/3/2023 0 Comments Flat earth vs round earth theory"I haven't taken this position just to be difficult," Shenton told The Guardian last year. Though Shenton believes in evolution and global warming, he and his hundreds, if not thousands, of followers worldwide also believe that the Earth is a disc that you can fall off of. The Flat Earth Society is an active organization currently led by a Virginian man named Daniel Shenton. But at the time people actually believed this stuff!" "A lot of stuff like this got ignored and swept into history's wastebasket. "These people truly believed that the Earth is not a globe!" Homuth said. Think of the speed!" Yeah right, Ferguson seems to have been implying. The map also has a picture of a man holding onto the Earth for dear life, with an inscription that reads: "These men are flying on the globe at a rate of 65,000 miles per hour around the sun, and 1,042 miles per hour around the center of the earth (in their minds). "By 1893, most people knew about horizons so he had to come up with some way to explain that." "It's pretty clever because it explains the Columbus phenomenon, where you see ships coming in over the horizon and gradually the mast gets taller and taller until you can see the ship," Bingham said. "What makes his flat Earth different from other theories is his theory holds that the Earth is imprinted with an 'inverse toroid.'" If you were to take a donut and press it into wet cement and then remove the donut, Bingham explained, the rounded impression it left in the cement would be what is known in mathematics as an inverse toroid. Typical of flat Earths, Ferguson's Earth is a rectangular slab, the four corners of which are each guarded by an angel. "Ferguson was trying to make an updated version of the flat Earth theory to fit the biblical description of the Earth with known facts," Bingham said.

His stats are hard to nail down, at first I just stacked his hp, but then I did some experimenting and as a 6* he hits for 12k or so while healing allies 3k plus. He takes half ally dmg while boosting his defense 60% and healing each ally 3.5k every time he uses a1. He is good at every part of the game, sometimes I use him instead of a healer even on clan boss. He needs to be ascended immediately for 25% ally heal per hit. Should I specialize in one role or is there a way to gear him for all his roles?Ĭongrats, Lugan is my first legendary, and he is still the best out of 6 legendaries and maybe 40 epics. What masteries? He seems to benefit from all 3 trees. How do I optimize this guy without neglecting any of his roles? Can he solo heal CB with WM (does it proc his heal or just the base damage?) With high speed and accuracy he would kill in arena with his A3. Seems to me he needs super high health, decent attack, good speed, a bit of accuracy, maybe some DEF.and i'm sure his A1 benefits from crit% and crit damage. His A1 heals and is based off HP, his A2 redirects damage to himself from other toons and puts up a def buff, and his A3 is AOE with cooldown increase based on attack. Wish it didn't cost $100,000,000,000,000 to swap out gear and try different builds. Looking through the various posts about him it seems you just give him a shit ton of health and throw him at anything until it dies, but there seems to be so much more to him. Seems like the classic Paladin character. Finally pulled a Legendary!!! I grinded him up to lvl 50 after throwing some Immortal and Divine life on him, but is that the way to go? He benifits from so many stats and seems to be able to play many roles. |
